Haris Mehmood

Haris is a corporate trainer with over 10 years of experience in designing and conducting training interventions. He has served clients like HBL, Pakistan State Oil, Engro Fertilisers, Nestle, State Bank of Pakistan and Toyota Indus Motors. Among his work, he ha designed and conducted programs on creativity, problem solving and leadership for senior and mid-level managers at various companies. He has trained several batches of junior executives i ethics, leadership and personal effectiveness, and has facilitated sales conferences and retreats for companies like OBS-AGP and PAPCO.

With an expertise in organizational analysis and gamifying learning experiences, Haris is a lead facilitator for Training Impact’s wilderness based leadership and team development programs. He also leads our expertise in decision making. Haris’s interest in an individual’s learning process combined with his engineering background is what makes his programs highly impactful and learning focused

Hamza Iqbal

Hamza has over 7 years of experience in designing and leading training programs, including Training Impact’s wilderness expeditions. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. He has worked on organizational development assignments with private and non-profit organizations, including a project with the Inter-American Development Bank on digital transformation, as a graduate consultant on behalf of Columbia University in 2019.

Hamza has facilitated team retreats, as well as programs like Leadership Xpedition ® and Train-the-Trainer. He is always keen to understand his clients’ organizations as systems that produce certain results when individual behaviours interact and aggregate.

Alongside his training work, Hamza is also the COO of Ihsaas Trust, a non-profit that works on poverty alleviation in Karachi. He is also an Acumen Pakistan 2023 Fellow

Mir Mohammad Ali

Mir Mohammad Ali is a highly accomplished finance professional with 26 years of experience, credited for transforming a struggling asset management firm into one of Pakistan’s most successful investment management companies in 2014 and 2015. As CEO of UBL Funds, he built his leadership team from scratch and prepared them for industry leadership. With his widespread work experience, he is in a unique position to understand what leadership skills have proven to be effective and how leadership training can hone those skills. As a result, the leadership lessons he imparts during his programs are grounded in thorough experience of the real corporate world. His customer-centric and people-focused leadership approach has earned him recognition. He has also worked with prestigious international organizations like the Asian Development Bank and Pak Kuwait Investment Company.

Syed Azam Jaffar

Azam has extensive experience of project management and trainings in Pakistan and Middle East. He is also a seasoned adventurer with an experience of 40 years in planning and executing adventure expeditions. Add to that, he has been extensively involved with cutting edge work at the intersection of technology and security, with reputed tech companies and state organizations. His assignments have included setting up new functions, developing protocols, hiring and managing a large workforce and introducing new technologies. He adds value at Training Impact along similar lines. As a director, he mentors our team in our wilderness programs stream. He evaluates and stress-checks our organizational operations and leads our search for new venues and terrains for Xpeditions.

Azam’s training forte is workforce training for large organizations. He is an expert in connecting with staff at the ground level, and helping them learn the most important managerial and supervisory skills for their roles.

Umair Hassan

Umair comes from a robust corporate background in the tech sector. He has accumulated 16 years of experience working with various software companies, with over 10 years spent in senior management roles.

Umair has been a part of Training Impact for over 3 years, where he conducts a variety of training programs, both indoors and in the wilderness. He has successfully trained individuals from different domains and organizations, including MMBL, Confiz, Circle, MPCL, MOL, OGDCL, and IMC, among others.

Beyond the corporate realm, Umair’s passion extends to the outdoors. He is an avid trekker, leading trekking expeditions since 2005. Umair’s extensive experience in the corporate world, combined with his exposure to the outdoors and training, uniquely positions him to work with corporations as a training facilitator. He collaborates with organizations from all domains, assisting them in in the growth of their employees and addressing their unique challenges. the growth of their employees and addressing their unique challenges.

Rizwan Saif

Rizwan has a 15-year track record in designing and executing operations and training design in Training Impact’s wilderness expeditions. He has first-hand experience of managing expeditions for meaningful experiences and teach-able moments for executives. He is a passionate outdoor expert with a diverse skill set in wilderness-based environments, such as wilderness first aid, forest navigation, safety and team management. He is an avid adventurer who cycles, rock climbs, snow hikes and paraglides to deepen his ‘living on the edge’ mind set whilst teaching it to others.

Having extensively observed how teams function in wilderness and challenging environments, he builds upon his experiences and draws on metaphors of wilderness and nature to inspire teams and managers to perform better.

Faiz Rasool

Faiz Rasool is the head of operations and hospitality in the outdoors. He has 14 years of experience in managing wilderness-based leadership program operations with Training Impact Limited. Faiz and his team will be our go to people for any of your needs during the program, special camping and outdoors. Faiz is a passionate motorcyclist and goes almost everywhere in the mountains on his Suzuki 150cc
