Umair has a strong corporate background in the IT industry.  He has worked with different national and multinational companies for more than 16 years, including over 8 years of experience in leadership and management roles. 

Umair has a very strong passion for the outdoors. He is an experienced mountaineer and has been leading outdoor expeditions since 2005. He loves to teach in the outdoors as he believes the experiences and learnings that one gains by spending time in the wilderness have a very meaningful impact on their personal and professional lives.

Umair is a co-facilitator and wilderness programs coordinator at Training Impact. He has been associated with Training impact for past 2 years.
